Frank has been working in the auto industry continuously since the late 1950s. He founded Wayne Ford in a small, one-car showroom, back in 1963. Frank is the 2001 recipient of Time Magazine’s New Jersey Quality Dealer of the Year.

Frank is a navy veteran and a graduate of Adelphi University. He has been a dedicated supporter of many local community organizations including the 200 Club of Passaic County (which helps families of local and state police, firefighters, and law enforcement officers), the Wayne Police Athletic League, the Tri•County Chamber of Commerce, the St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital and Valley Hospital, The Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation and many others.

With his son Dave, Frank also owns Dayton Toyota and Dayton Collision, both located in South Brunswick, NJ.

Dave has been working in the auto industry since the late 1970s. He started by washing cars and, over the years, has worked in every dealership department. Today he is the President of Wayne Ford and partners with his father, Frank.

Dave graduated from Wake Forest University in 1984 and also holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management from 1987.

In addition to his scholastic education, Dave is grateful to have learned the most about customer service and community service and about life from his father, Frank. Frank and Dave have always been active in the Wayne area. Dave is also proud to serve on the Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley High School Advisory Board.

Dave is also grateful to have learned from the many loyal end dedicated associates at Wayne Ford. Some of them have remained loyal to Wayne Ford and our customers for over 20, 30, 40, and even more than 50 years.

Since 2006, Dave and Frank also own Dayton Toyota and Dayton Collision, both located in South Brunswick, NJ. Like Wayne Ford, Dayton Toyota is the proud recipient of their customer’s prestigious President’s Award, twelve times.

Dave loves spending his free time with his wife of 30 years and his grown twins. He enjoys playing golf, relaxing with his dogs and reading.

His favorite Ford vehicle is the iconic Mustang GT.

Justin began working in the auto industry in the late 1990s in his family business and has been around the automotive business his entire life. He has always loved cars, and gets much enjoyment out of helping customers drive a vehicle they can be proud of.

Justin enjoys spending all his free time with his wife and three daughters, especially outdoors in the warm weather.

His favorite Ford vehicle is the Ford Bronco.

In 2014 Justin was designated by the Automotive News as Top 40 under 40.

Anthony is our General Sales Manager, he started with the Wayne Ford Family in 2015. Anthony assists with the day to day operations of our store, and is responsible for staffing, training, inventory and overall customer satisfaction. He is passionate about cars and the automobile business, as he started in 1992, and has held many positions in the automotive industry.

His favorite Ford vehicle is the Mustang.

Anthony lives by the shore with his wife Karen of 26 years along with his sons Dante & Vincenzo. He enjoys everything from cooking, home renovations, to spending time at the gym. Being from a large family, he knows how important family is and why the Wayne Ford family is home for him.

Scott joined Wayne Ford in 2014 and has served in several capacities in sales, finance and sales management.

Scott’s favorite Ford vehicle is the Ford Explorer.

In his free time, he enjoys family gatherings, music, working out, and traveling. When he is not busy with all of his interests, he gets the greatest satisfaction spending time with his fiance Tiziana and dog Carlotta.
